How personal data is handled

Data controller

When you email us
“Contact me” links and email addresses open your email application; no message is sent automatically. If you write to us, we process your email address, name and the information you choose to provide to reply, provide information and handle quotation or collaboration enquiries. Please provide only what is necessary for your enquiry; do not send health information or other particularly sensitive data through these general contact channels.
Purposes and legal bases
For enquiries about quotations or services, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing professional relationships (Article 6(1)(f)). Processing required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c). Providing information by email is optional; without essential contact details and information, we may be unable to reply. Contacting us does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Browsing and hosting
The website uses Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., to host and deliver pages and protect their operation. The infrastructure receives technical information such as IP address, requested resource, date and time, browser information and routing data. The purpose is to provide and secure the website, based on the controller’s legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Cookies and language selection
REVO’s code does not set cookies or store information on your device to remember your language: the IT and EN buttons simply open the corresponding page. No behavioural analytics, advertising pixels, external maps, videos or social widgets are integrated. Images and graphic assets are hosted with the website. Cloudflare infrastructure may use technical tools necessary for security and availability; REVO does not use these for advertising.
Recipients and international transfers
Enquiries are handled by authorised REVO personnel and providers needed to operate the services: Aruba for email and Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery and security. Appointed professional advisers and authorities may also access data where required by law. Contact information is not published on the website. Cloudflare operates an international network, including outside the European Economic Area. Its Data Processing Addendum sets out applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where relevant. You may contact the controller for information or a copy of the relevant safeguards.
Retention
Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship. The criteria take account of the enquiry’s status, applicable legal obligations and any need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. Retention of technical information takes account of service delivery, security, diagnostics and applicable obligations; the provider’s policies are described in the Cloudflare privacy policy. You may ask the controller for information about retention relating to your particular enquiry.
Your rights
Where and to the extent provided by the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing. Email privacy@revoart.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority or the competent supervisory authority. The website’s functions do not carry out profiling or automated decisions producing legal effects.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the presentation website’s functions and its email contact channels. Specific services, contractual relationships or processing activities may require additional information. Both language versions describe the same functions.
