Andrea and Niccolò, REVO’s founders, share its vision: Andrea handles leadership and administration, while Niccolò focuses on client development and consulting. Adham and Alessandro lead their respective activities in MedLab and ART, at the same operational level.

Founder · Leadership and administration
He leads REVO and manages its administration, setting priorities and coordinating activities across the divisions. In REVOART, he works alongside Alessandro on design, prototyping and production, guiding the journey from idea to physical object.

Founder · Client development and consulting
He focuses on finding new clients and providing consulting, listening to their needs and helping translate them into projects. He supports Andrea in supervising the divisions and contributes directly to design and prototyping when needed.

Head of design · REVOMEDLAB
He oversees the design and production of REVOMEDLAB prototypes, including testing activities. His work supports the development of prostheses, instruments and dedicated equipment in collaboration with companies in the medical sector.

Graphic designer and prototyper · REVOART
He works alongside Andrea on the design, prototyping and production of REVOART creations. He combines graphic design with hands-on material work, using the workshop’s equipment and following each process through to the final finish.
